Founder & product strategist I'm Andrew. I build companies & digital products from concept to scale. My work sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and business, with a focus on how AI systems are reshaping how software is built, used, and valued. I work with teams thinking seriously about what these shifts mean—technically, economically, and socially—and help them decide what to build or adopt, why it matters, and what its second-order effects might be.

I'm Andrew Matlock, working on the future of digital products. I’ve been building with computers since the 1990s — developing across digital design, video production, game programming, and 3D modeling. I later earned a BA (Hons) in Games Art & Design from Norwich University of the Arts . Over an 18-year career in technology, I’ve founded and built companies that have collectively produced more than 100 applications, games, websites, and platforms for global clients and consumers. I’m also the creator of the Manifest open-source framework and a named inventor on an AI systems patent. I occasionally speak and consult with founders, operators, and institutions exploring the opportunities of intelligent systems in practice. Originally from Canada, I’ve lived in the UK and Hong Kong and now work location-independent. I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, fitness, and podcasts.
